BBC Food & Farming Countryfile Young Countryside Champion Award

Bartholomews are extremely proud to congratulate our placement student Eleanor Gilbert on winning the BBC Food & Farming Countryfile Young Countryside Champion Award.

Eleanor joined us through our Harper Adams placement programme in July 2022, quickly making an impact on the business, not shy of hard work, Eleanor would be often seen in our seed production facilities at 06:30 followed by combining when she got home.

From raising awareness directly from the field, to the shop floor at Bartholomew’s she is constantly joining the dots from the land to the food industry . We’re truly excited for her and can’t wait to see what the future holds for her. Congratulations Eleanor!
