Account Manager

(Bartholomews Bird Food)

The Role:

This is a new office-based opening within bird seed department working at our offices in Chichester and to help deliver on our promise of exceptional customer service.

 

The role will involve connecting with current customers, identifying new prospects and opportunities and managing the prospect listings. Connecting with customers by telephone and utilising our CRM system, raising awareness about all the bird-food products and services we provide and generating new leads. The role will also encompass helping with the day to day running of the department to answer customer enquiries and ensure we are always delivering first class customer service.

 

We are looking for a candidate with an excellent professional telephone manner, who is tenacious and resilient with experience in telesales and developing new business in a customer facing role. You will need to be organised and comfortable working with data / CRM systems. Working knowledge gained within the agricultural industry, related feed or country-store business would be advantageous.
